We are delighted to share our 2025–26 Annual Summary, which highlights the work delivered by Team PNLD over the past year and sets out our strategic direction for the next three years.
As outlined in the accompanying introduction, PNLD continues to play a critical role in supporting consistent decision making across policing and the wider criminal justice system.
Over the last year, we have focused on strengthening the sustainability of the service through the introduction of a revised force fee model, beginning to explore the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence, and launching a new three year strategy centred on customer experience, collaboration, efficiency, and our people.
