New key offences:

assault on an emergency worker under section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 and section 1 of the Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Act 2018

record image under clothing to observe another without consent and operate (‘upskirting’) under 67A(2) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003
