A man has been successfully prosecuted for rapes of several children by proving that he was as guilty in instigating the overseas offending as he would have been committing the crime itself.

Online hate crime revised guidance for prosecutors

CPS has revised its guidance for prosecutors in relation to online hate crime, to include offences against bisexual people for the first time. The DPP said the impact of tweeting abuse can be as "equally devastating" as shouting it and that online abuse can fuel "dangerous hostility".
