Amendment: Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2020

Schedule 2 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2020, which lists the businesses subject to closure under regulation 4, has been amended to allow nail bars and salons, tanning booths and salons, spas and beauty salons, massage parlours, tattoo parlours and body and skin piercing services, to open from 13th July 2020.

The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 7) Regulations 2020 amend the provisions of the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020, removing the restriction on a person leaving the local area where they live, amending the restrictions on gatherings outdoors, and amending the reasonable excuses provided in the Regulations.
