Amendment: Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) Regulations 2020

Liechtenstein was removed from Part 1 of Schedule 3 from 4am on 25th October 2020 and so is no longer exempt from the self-isolation requirements. The Canary Islands, Denmark and the Maldives were inserted, meaning persons arriving from these countries will be exempt from the requirements. Mykonos is also now included as an exemption and is no longer subject to the self-isolation requirements.

Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 3) (Wales) Regulations 2020

Part 2 provides restrictions on movement, travel and gathering with others. People must stay at home unless they have a reasonable excuse, as outlined in regulation 3. Regulation 4 provides that when a person is away from the place where they live, they must not mix with any other household, without reasonable excuse. Regulation 5 provides that people who live outside Wales may not enter or remain in Wales without a reasonable excuse.
