21 November 2020The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) Regulations 2020 are amended from 21 November 2020. The Schedule is amended to permit shops,stalls, Christmas tree farms and other businesses selling or supplying natural Christmas trees to open.
14 November 2020Regulation 12A is amended, allowing persons isolating as a result of having been in Denmark, or being in the same household as a person who has been in Denmark, to leave the place where they are isolating in order to leave Wales.
14 November 2020Previously, a prohibition on the arrival of certain aircraft and vessels departing from Denmark was introduced. An aircraft carrying passengers taking part in, or directly supporting, two specified international sporting events, is now allowed to land in England.
14 November 2020Greece (other than the Greek islands of Corfu, Crete, Kos, Rhodes and Zakynthos) and the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia in Cyprus are removed from the list of exempt countries and territories in Schedule A1, from which passengers arriving in England are not required to self-isolate.
08 November 2020Regulation 2 prohibits the arrival of aircraft from Denmark and regulation 3 prohibits the arrival of vessels from Denmark. Where an aircraft or vessel's last point of departure was Denmark, the operator must not cause or permit that aircraft or vessel to land or port in England, unless it is reasonably necessary to secure the safety of the aircraft or vessel, or the health and safety of any person on board.
